We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead the Commercial Planning agenda for Poland/Ukraine/Baltics Business Unit! Join our team and play a key role in delivering commercial value to our BU, as well as supporting regional and global teams. In this position, you will guide the Commercial Planning processes and provide valuable insights to drive consumer sales, helping the company to achieve its strategic objectives and inspire and develop many more builders of tomorrow.
Core Responsibilities
- Overseeing the Commercial Planning cycle for the sales team by leading efficient monthly processes, establishing clear briefs, and tracking risks and opportunities using CTM (Commercial Target Management) and TPM (Trade Promotion Management) tools and dashboards
- Support in the development of the Business Unit (BU) annual Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) with valuable insights, and drive its execution through in year monthly processes
- Leading the preparation and execution of the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process, ensuring plans remain active throughout the execution year
- Organising and facilitating the Sales Review meeting to promote commercially aligned monthly planning
- Analysing sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
- Working closely with the commercial team to ensure they are well-equipped to achieve strategic priorities, engaged with deployment, and maintaining high data quality for effective analysis
- Supporting the planning and evaluation of promotional activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources and return on investment tracking
- Providing ad-hoc support to the BU Lead on broader commercial deployments and processes

Regional Commercial Development team in CEEMEA (Central, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa) acts as a commercial partner to our markets (General Managers and Sales teams) in making smart commercial decisions to reach more kids and adults in a sustainable way. These decisions include, among other, channel strategy, assortment strategy and listings, customer segmentation and sales excellence; and are articulated in local commercial plans led by the team.
Do you have what it takes?
- A consistent track record in commercial roles (as a Key Account Manager, Commercial/Channel Development Manager or similar) in FMCG or international manufacturing or complex retail
- A solid commercial acumen, along with the ability to develop structured deployments and effectively present to sales teams.
- Strong process and project management skills to deploy and lead local and regional sales processes, the capability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders across various functions and levels, strong sense of delivery
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – ability to align and influence people across cultures, geographies and different seniority levels
- Fluency in both written and oral English with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Polish language is not a must have but an advantage)
