Provide comprehensive and meticulous program management for content creator initiatives from ideation through execution and reporting. Negotiate and manage influencer contracts with keen attention to business and legal details. Act as a passionate advocate for creators and players alike, maintaining a player-first perspective that champions authenticity and community empowerment Proactively manage issues and crises with sound judgment, sensitivity, and transparency to maintain trust and brand integrity. Develop and consistently track performance metrics and KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement of creator programs. Innovate and creatively ideate storytelling-driven campaigns that deeply resonate with audiences and elevate creator engagement. Support and implement multiple campaigns, products, and brand initiatives simultaneously. Plan and execute creator activations and events, both virtual and in-person, with a focus on community-building and brand storytelling. Ensure legendary content quality across all initiatives you handle! 5+ years of experience in creator relations, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or brand ambassador management. A strategic mindset paired with a creative heart—able to create and align content creator programs with big-picture brand and business objectives. A track record of successful contract negotiation. Familiarity with legal and compliance considerations in influencer and entertainment marketing. Deep knowledge of the D&D creator community—its leaders, its culture, and its emerging voices. The ability to assess creators for authenticity, brand alignment, and audience engagement—and make data-backed recommendations with confidence. Demonstrated success in establishing clear metrics of success (KPIs) and effectively reporting actionable insights. Stellar organizational skills and prioritization instincts, especially under pressure or across multiple campaigns. Experience planning and executing creator-focused events and activations (virtual and IRL). Exceptional judgment, business acumen, and emotional intelligence in managing public-facing partnerships. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with brand, legal, product, and comms teams. Expertise across platforms—Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Bluesky, and whatever comes next—and current influencer marketing trends and regulations. Passion for both games AND the business of games. Experience working with or within video game, entertainment, or table-top brands.
