A passionate, self-motivated, and curious approach, with a strong drive to explore new ideas and solutions. Curious and willing to try new things. Demonstrated experience in card game development. Proficiency in English conversation to facilitate smooth communication with international teams. Final game design and development of all products. Coordinate the final design process with the Duel Masters Game Design Manager in the US office and the Japan office Keep an eye on current Duel Masters play styles, formats, and play environments. Regularly communicate information to the R&D team in the US office. Actively contribute to team meetings and discussions, providing exceptionally constructive, reasoned, and creative input that will craft the future of Duel Masters.
