Research, organize, and curate D&D worldbuilding elements—characters, settings, storylines, and themes—into clear, actionable resources for cross-functional and external teams. Develop and evolve creative toolkits and brand tenets that enable consistent, high-quality storytelling aligned with the heart of Dungeons & Dragons. Partner with internal teams and external collaborators to translate the creative and narrative pillars of D&D into new expressions across media, products, and experiences. Act as a steward of D&D's storytelling and brand identity, ensuring that all creative work honors the brand's tone, spirit, and aspirational qualities. Offer constructive feedback and creative problem-solving, maintaining fidelity to the IP while supporting innovation and forward-thinking perspectives. Proven track record in research, narrative development, or creative brand management, as well as deep experience with internal and external collaboration. Familiarity with current Dungeons & Dragons system, settings, and storylines, , and a passion for enabling others to express them in ways that reflect Wizards' values, diverse voices, and contemporary fantasy. Strong unassisted writing, editing, and storytelling skills, capable of streamlining research material into clear, actionable narrative and brand guidance for a variety of partners. Experience with knowledge management; able to organize and maintain a document library and securely disseminate information. A proactive problem solver who anticipates creative and brand challenges, identifies solutions, and maintains alignment across teams and partners. Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and standard creative and office software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Outlook / Teams, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Confluence). Familiarity with current D&D community and Actual Play ecosystem
