YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1.按公司管理要求,提供荟聚宝贝的日常服务(入园接待、监管、看护、陪同服务等)
2.记录并处理服务中的顾客问题(投诉、咨询、建议等),及时上报
3.对顾客进行调研,调查顾客满意度
4.协助市场活动和会员管理/活动的落地实施
