Play the integrated role for China BMA team in portfolio, budget and performance tracking related tasks and contribute to brand, portfolio and audience related insights.
Core Responsibilities
- Play the integrated role for China BMA team in portfolio, budget and performance tracking related tasks with key focus in portfolio planning
- Drive portfolio planning and tracking by working closely with brand marketing teams and cross-functions to drive portfolio growth from audience-first, demand creation, demand planning and cross-segment alignment
- Lead portfolio/ product related ad-hoc projects and drive integration across global (e.g., PMD, MCCM teams) and CN (brand marketing, BMA function, CSM, Sales, RCD and Ops)
- Support budget management and responsible for budget tracking & reporting, system data accuracy, new system launch by working closely with different teams
- Lead regular brand performance tracking (CGT, ACB, Brand Health etc)
- Develop integrated analysis from portfolio, investment, audience and brand performance perspectives and insights to enable data-driven portfolio strategic decision
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree or above would be preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in portfolio/assortment planning area
- Related experience in marketing planning (and/or budget management)
- Strong data analysis skills and advanced knowledge of MS office applications (esp. excel, PowerPoint)
- Extraordinary teammate and good cross-functional communication skills
- Determined, Proactive, practical and hands-on
- Fluent in oral and written English
