You'll partner closely with families to provide care that is both clinically excellent and emotionally supportive.Core Responsibilities Provide high-quality, personalized nursing care to pediatric patients Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage medical equipment (G-tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators) Observe and respond promptly to changes in patient condition Communicate effectively and compassionately with families and caregivers Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes Educate and support families to promote confidence and independence Qualifications Active New York State RN license (required) Pediatric experience preferred; motivated nurses eager to learn encouraged BLS and PALS certifications (preferred) Experience with pediatric home care technology is a plus Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and empathy Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently Ability to commute to assigned home care cases throughout Westchester Locations & Schedule In-home care across Westchester County Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available Part-time and per diem positions | 16-40 hours/week Benefits Include 401(k) retirement plan Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Completion and referral bonuses Continuing education opportunities
