In this role as an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist/Clinician, you will deliver home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers who have or are at risk for developmental delays. Optional benefits including Short-term Disability, Accident, and Cancer Insurance. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate in multidisciplinary team assessments to evaluate clients' developmental status. Provide direct, developmentally appropriate services and activities for children aged 0-3 and their families. Contribute to the development of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP), identifying goals, objectives, and strategies for the child's development. Document progress notes, reports, assessments, and correspondence as necessary. Deliver individual and group interventions focused on developmental areas including cognitive, social-emotional, self-care, fine and gross motor, and communication skills. Assess family and child strengths, resources, concerns, and progress. Act as the service coordinator for families, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating intervention plans while ensuring adherence to procedures and timelines. Provide professional support to families, facilitating parent-child interactions and helping them advocate for their child. Position Requirements: Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professions. Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families is preferred. Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development. Ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with children, parents/caregivers, and community partners. Commitment to individualized, culturally sensitive service delivery. Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills. Maintain confidentiality and professional standards. Proficient computer skills, including documentation capabilities.
