(not to exceed 80/hours per two-week period) The HCW shall provide services within the scope of the clinical privileges, the applicable duties provided in the basic contract, and the following: • Review patient consults; conduct medical record reviews along with providing physical examinations to provide input to the Department Head regarding fitness for duty determinations, appropriateness of physical readiness waivers, and determinations of suitability for isolated, remote, overseas or operational assignment for all referred Active Duty, Reserve and Medically Retired personnel. • Construct narrative summaries for medical board cases and conduct overseas screening of active duty personnel.
