We are looking for a Speech Therapist who has the desire to implement high-quality Speech Therapy services. The ideal candidate would be someone who is strong in identifying patient needs in long-term residents, a team player, and efficient with their time. Speech Therapist Responsibilities: • Screening patients • Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans • Documenting progress toward identified objectives • Conducting patient and family education • Delivering quality physical therapy services • Putting patient service first REQUIREMENTS: • NJ Speech-Language Pathology License • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) • Successful completion of all Orientations.
