About the job Family Medicine Physician Job Title: Family Medicine Physician Location: Kansas City, Missouri (Northland area) Base Salary: $240,000 Shift: Full-time, 32 clinical hours per week (4.5-day work week) Weekend Requirements: One Saturday every other month (8 AM 2 PM) with compensatory days off before and after On-Call: Minimal; 1:26 rotation with triage support handling calls until 6 PM Job Overview: This position offers an opportunity for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established, high-volume outpatient primary care practice. The incoming provider will step into a thriving panel due to an upcoming physician retirement and part-time transitions. The practice emphasizes comprehensive, patient-centered care with strong clinical support, advanced onsite services, and a focus on preventative and chronic disease management.
