Position Summary We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neuroradiologist to join a collaborative radiology team serving hospitals and imaging centers in Zephyrhills, Florida. The Neuroradiologist will provide expert interpretation of neuroimaging studies and consultative support to referring physicians, while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an efficient, collegial practice environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Interpret a full range of neuroradiology studies, including MRI, CT, CTA, MRA, and other advanced neuroimaging of the brain, spine, head, and neck. Provide diagnostic interpretations for inpatient, emergency department, and outpatient imaging studies. Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, emergency physicians, and other referring providers to support timely and accurate clinical decision-making. Participate in call coverage for neuroradiology services as assigned. Ensure accurate, timely, and complete reporting in the radiology information system and electronic health record. Maintain compliance with departmental protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and performance improvement activities. Stay current with advances in neuroradiology through continuing medical education and professional development. Practice Environment Hospital-based and/or imaging center practice with access to modern imaging technology. Collaborative radiology team supported by technologists, nursing staff, and administrative personnel. Opportunities for subspecialty focus within neuroradiology depending on practice needs. Schedule and Work Arrangement Full-time or part-time opportunities may be available. Schedule and call responsibilities will vary based on coverage needs and practice model. On-site and/or hybrid coverage options may be available depending on operational requirements. Skills and Competencies Advanced expertise in neuroradiologic imaging and interpretation. Commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school. Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency. Completion of an accredited Neuroradiology fellowship. Board certification or board eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology with subspecialty training in Neuroradiology. Current, unrestricted Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure.
