Conduct hygiene duties as part of the day-to-day schedule, including cleanings and periodontal maintenance. Develop and communicate treatment plans effectively to patients. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation. Work collaboratively with support staff and hygienists when applicable. Provide a high standard of care aligned with best practices and ethical guidelines. Requirements: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Comfortable performing both general dental procedures and hygiene duties. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, professional, and committed to patient-centered care. Experience - 2 years of clinical experience preferred but not required. License/Certification - Active dental license in the state of IL.
