Position Summary: Puttshack is eager to build a diverse team of enthusiastic hospitality associates dedicated to delivering a unique guest experience. As a Guest Experience Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact, warmly welcoming guests, guiding them safely within the venue, checking reservations, seating guests, and ensuring everyone enjoys the excitement of Puttshack. Your energy and passion for customer service will set the stage for unforgettable experiences. Schedule/Hours: Our venues operate 7 days a week, typically from 11 AM to 1 AM, with some variations. While we strive to accommodate your scheduling preferences, flexibility is a valued quality. Expect a typical work schedule ranging from 15 to 30 hours weekly based on business needs and your availability. Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Bring your 'A' Game every day Greet guests with enthusiasm, creating excitement around their visit Help maintain cleanliness in the reception, cloakroom, and guest service areas Assist guests with their belongings at the cloakroom Guide guests through the gameplay check-in process at kiosks Escort guests to their seating and provide them with menus Answer questions and resolve issues with a friendly approach Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols Embrace teamwork and take direction from all staff Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines Participate in other projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side-work and opening/closing tasks.
