About this Role: As a Field Case Manager, you will work in the Newark, NJ area to support injured workers. To qualify, you must reside in this region and possess at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in workers' compensation. Key Responsibilities: Act as a patient advocate to guide and coordinate care for injured workers and their families throughout the recovery journey. Support injured workers in achieving autonomy and recovery through advocacy, communication, and resource identification. Identify suitable healthcare providers and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective resource utilization for optimal outcomes. Qualifications: RN licensure is preferred; a Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services field is required, along with one of the following certifications: CCM, CDMS, or CRC.
