This position requires excellent attendance, punctuality, and accountability. Extra consideration given if you have experience with or willing to work with our billing department. Responsibilities: Follow telephone triage protocols Communicate with patients' family to provide results, instructions, advice and relay information to practitioners in an accurate and timely manner Schedule patients Faxing, referrals, taking payments, facilitating patient communication with providers.
