As a Hospice RN at Asante, you will: Support families at end of life Be organized with good communication skills and work well as a member of an interdisciplinary team Be an innovative thinker Work autonomously throughout Jackson and Josephine Counties Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Nursing, preferred Experience 6 months of hospice nursing experience, preferred ACE's training experience, beneficial Recent home health and/or long-term care experience, beneficial License/Certification RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start Possession of a valid Driver's License with proof of safe driving record for the past ten years and proof of insurance may be required Preferred Certifications CHPN: Certified Hospice Palliative Nurse CMSRN: Certified Medical Surgical RN HNC: Holistic Nurse Certified WCC: Wound Care Certified COCN: Certified Ostomy Care Nurse MSN RN-BC: Medical Surgical Nurse RN Board Certified Total Rewards We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including: Competitive Pay: Hourly and salaried positions earn market-based compensation.
