Responsibilities: Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues. Perform Psychological Evaluations and Maintain Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly F/U Sessions as needed Medication Management Maintain accurate documentation. Implement therapy plans that fit each patient's personal needs.
