In your role as a Medical Director at Parexel, your contributions will be vital. You will: Lead medical monitoring efforts for designated projects and serve as the medical contact on the project team. Provide expert medical consultation to clients, sponsors, and internal teams as needed. Review and assess individual adverse experience reports for clinical significance and accuracy. Compile and submit detailed reports to the FDA and other regulatory bodies as needed. Analyze data for safety trends and communicate findings with the project team and stakeholders. Collaborate with various divisions to ensure high-quality documentation regarding safety issues. Support the development of clinical protocols, summaries, and related publications. Represent Parexel at internal and external meetings and conferences, sharing your expertise. We are looking for candidates who have: A medical degree from an accredited institution and board certification in Oncology. A strong background in clinical patient care, with preferred experience as a Medical Monitor or Clinical Investigator. Exceptional interpersonal, time management, and communication skills. A dedication to teamwork and a flexible attitude towards work assignments. The capability to manage various tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally as required.
