About the Opportunity: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm Average of 3 patient visits/day; Minimum 15 patient visits/week Hybrid role of providing specialty care in home, assisted living, and nursing facilities Geographic Focus will be Mecklenburg County area Community based. Mileage reimbursement.
