Description Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse! We are seeking an experienced RN to provide excellent patient care and leadership in our fast-paced environment. Location: UCHealth UCHlth Emerg Harmony Campus, US:CO: Fort Collins Department: PVH Harmony Rd ED Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $40.86 - $63.33 / hour, based on relevant experience. This is an onsite role; we do not offer a hybrid or remote option. Summary: In this role, you will take charge of nursing leadership for your designated shift and unit. As a key team player, you will: Supervise and mentor staff, adjusting staffing levels based on patient needs. Provide direct patient care and jump in to solve problems as necessary. Evaluate the effectiveness of care and handle patient care complaints effectively. Perform role-specific tasks such as entering orders, coordinating transfers, and ensuring staff have necessary equipment. To thrive in this position, you must possess critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Requirements: Current Registered Nurse license. ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, and CPI certifications, with some required within the first few months of hire. Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an ED setting preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required within 3 years of assuming Charge RN position.
