Job Description
Responsible for shipping, receiving, warehousing and delivery to the manufacturing lines.
Ensure that the warehouse operation is carried out according to the standards of safety, quality and cost.
Lead all aspects of the manual warehouse processes and their interaction with the automated equipment.
Actively participate in activities related to the topic of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality in the plant. (For example: Training, drills, programs, etc.)
Align with the guidelines established in the processes in Global and Local way to fulfill the requirements of the OSHA 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001. Maintain Lean tools to achieve LEGO continuous improvements.
Provide Feedback and supervision. Establish individual and group goals according to our benchmarks.
Ensure the inbound and outbound plan is met, and accurate storage in the Virginia plant.
Will be the point of contact for OS&D claims.

The Logistics & Warehouse Department is responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering to production all materials needed to fulfill customer orders as planned. The individual in charge of the warehouse will handle staffing and training. They will also lead shipping, receiving, warehousing, and internal delivery to production lines.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Proficient experience leading warehouses, distribution centers or automated warehouses operations.
Previous experience managing employees.
Proven experience with problem solving and data analysis.
Experience with manual and automated logistic processes preferred.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $115,803.00 - $173,705.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
