Core Responsibilities
- Support in building eCommerce and Digital competencies - make sure you stay up to date on the latest trends and industry standards in eCommerce
- Search and onboard new customers
- End-to-end account management ownership of ecommerce retailers in Greece
- Build and develop relationships with key customers - negotiate annual trade terms and plans within the set frames
- Develop, implement and follow-up customer joint business plans that deliver against business targets
- Implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and brand engagement
- Analyze partner performance and provide insights for optimization and improvement
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business strategy of the LEGO Group
- Develop campaign strategies, identifying and building custom audiences
- Ensure best in class discoverability with B2B customers, connecting the dots between paid and organic search
Play your part in our team succeeding
You will join our newly established LEGO Hellas team, working alongside 4 sales, 3 marketing and 1 operations colleague. Our small, close‑knit structure fosters strong collaboration while giving every team member the space to make their individual impact. You will report directly to the Country Manager and your main task will be to bring the LEGO brand to life in online environment within Greece, Cyprus and Malta.
Do you have what it takes:
- Commercial experience in Account Management and eCommerce
- A proven track record of outstanding business results and high accountability
- Experience in planning and evaluating performance driven campaigns
- Effective relationship management skills with a collaborative approach to internal and external partners
- Excellent negotiation skills with experience in dealing with trade term contracts
- A balance of short-term results focus and long-term strategic work
- Deep understanding of digital channels measurement and ability to connect digital KPIs with overall business objectives
- Digital know-how and strong analytical skills
- Fluency in English
