Responsibilities Work closely with community management to provide personalized care to seniors and report status updates at the beginning and end of each shift. Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy. Assist with activities of daily living, including showers, bathroom needs, dressing, and grooming. Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required, along with maintaining certification.
