The Opportunity Innovate: Collaborate with leadership to shape this new position within ourSaint Luke's Physician Group. Specialize: Work at a premier destination forStroke Reversaland multidisciplinary MS care. Balance: Part time 24/week Enjoy a stable Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) schedule with/week no nights or weekends. Key Responsibilities Clinical Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for patient education, assessment, and complex testing interpretation. Care Coordination: Manage telephone triage, emergent scheduling, and pre-visit planning to ensure seamless patient flow. Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to clinical staff (LPN/MA) ensuring adherence toNursing Scope of Practice. Operational Excellence: Manage admission orders, lab result reviews, and prescription refills with a focus on continuous improvement. Requirements Experienced RN with a passion for the patient experience. Critical thinker comfortable with both autonomous work and multidisciplinary teamwork.
