Job Description Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams within the Corporate Communications Center of Excellence to craft a compelling social media experience for our audience. Design and execute both organic and paid social media plans to boost engagement, elevate followership, and promote the Fujifilm brand. Create captivating content across various formats that effectively conveys the Fujifilm story. Leverage data and insights to optimize content and enhance channel performance. Analyze competitor activity through benchmarking to uncover new opportunities. Maintain the company’s reputation and foster relationships with stakeholders via proactive community management on social media. Utilize insights from social media monitoring to identify potential emerging issues. Prepare for social media monitoring and response strategies within the issues and crisis management framework. Lead internal social media initiatives and represent the company on external platforms. Ensure all social media content aligns with brand standards and complies with industry regulations, including influencer marketing. Required Skills/Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in social media, including community management in a large, global organization. Proficiency with enterprise social media management tools and workflows. Experience in social listening, analytics dashboard configuration, and developing actionable insights from data. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their content formats. Fluency in social media analytics and deriving insights for action. Fluency in English; knowledge of Latin American Spanish is a plus. Performance-based bonuses available. Remote work options available, contingent on being within the Eastern Time Zone and ideally located near Valhalla, NY.
