You'll provide daily care, comfort, and support to our residents - helping them live with dignity, safety, and joy. Schedule Full-time & Part-time Must be able to work alternating weekends and holidays. Weekend Shift Differential: $1.50/hr Evening Shift Differential: $1.50/hr What You'll Do Build meaningful connections with residents and teammates through kind, respectful interactions. Assist residents with daily living activities - including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility - while ensuring comfort and dignity. Communicate clearly and kindly, explaining procedures and offering choices to residents. Respond promptly to call lights and assist with resident needs. Help keep resident living areas clean, tidy, and welcoming. Stay calm and compassionate when faced with challenges involving residents, families, or team members. Support safe transfers in and out of bed, and provide personal care as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold state and facility standards for quality care. Perform other duties as assigned to support your team and residents. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (recommended). Current CNA certification through the state board of health (required). Commitment to annual in-service training to maintain certification. Dependable, cooperative, and genuinely interested in caring for older adults. Ability to follow written care instructions with attention to detail.
