As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will: Provide safe, effective nursing care to patients with acute medical, surgical, and emergent conditions Assess, monitor, and reassess patient conditions and responses to treatment Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and plans of care Collaborate closely with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams Coordinate care with ancillary and support services Advocate for patients and ensure a positive patient experience Participate in staff meetings, shared governance, and unit-based initiatives This position is based in the Emergency Department at Baptist Medical Center Beaches, located in Jacksonville Beach, FL .
