Your Role as a PTA As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at CORA, your responsibilities will include: Making a significant impact on your local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment. Delivering physical therapy services to patients following an established treatment plan as directed by a supervising Physical Therapist. Advancing patients through various levels of treatment safely and skillfully, tailored to each patient’s abilities. Consulting with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and any changes in their condition. Documenting all treatment and relevant patient interactions according to CORA policies. Educating patients and their families on home programs and activities to support recovery. Maintaining effective communication with patients, families, and other rehabilitation team members. Collaborating with colleagues to enhance your skills and foster a positive clinic culture. Qualifications Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
