Day to Day The Senior Talent Management Analyst plays a pivotal role in cultivating a high-performance culture within the Glassdoor organization at Indeed. This position is responsible for executing, operationalizing, and enhancing talent management and performance enablement programs in close collaboration with the Director of People Business Partnership & Talent Management and People Business Partners. The Senior Analyst will support the deployment of enterprise talent programs at the Glassdoor business unit level, effectively translating Indeed-wide talent strategies into actionable, business-informed solutions. This role requires an execution-focused mindset, strong analytical skills, and sound judgment to ensure that performance, promotion, and succession processes are effective, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities Talent & Performance Enablement: Design, execute, and continuously refine BU-level talent and performance programs (goals, reviews, calibration, promotions), ensuring alignment with Glassdoor's strategic vision and operational model. High Performance & Capability Frameworks: Aid in defining and evolving a Glassdoor-focused view of high performance, adapting Indeed's enterprise talent philosophy by developing and implementing equitable talent frameworks, including competency models and promotion criteria applicable across the business unit. Leadership & Succession Planning: Strengthen the organization's leadership pipeline and reduce talent risk through the identification of critical roles, succession planning, and targeted development plans. Talent Insights & Reporting: Provide actionable talent insights and reporting by tracking trends and converting data into clear recommendations for managers and People Business Partners. Partnership & Influence: Act as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders and People Business Partners, fostering collaboration across functions and leveraging program design and data-driven insights to make an impact. Skills/Competencies Talent & Organizational Expertise: Proven experience in supporting the design and implementation of talent and performance programs in complex, matrixed environments, adept at translating corporate frameworks into practical, business-specific solutions. Salary Range Transparency Remote: 75,000 - 103,000 USD per year Austin Metro Area: 75,000 - 103,000 USD per year NYC Metro Area: 80,000 - 108,000 USD per year Seattle Metro Area: 93,000 - 131,000 USD per year Scottsdale Metro Area: 70,000 - 94,000 USD per year San Francisco Bay Area: 108,000 - 145,000 USD per year Salary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position based on location. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. The mentioned salary range is just one part of Indeed's total compensation package.
