Negotiation and Closing: Implement effective negotiation techniques to secure long-term contracts with property owners. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies. Client Onboarding: Conduct initial property visits to finalize contracts and create inspection lists. Compensation: Commission-based salary structure: Recurring revenue ranging from 5%-15% of the service contract term. Onboarding fee commission ranging from $450 to $750 per client, with a potential of 25%-75% commission. Unlimited earning potential based on sales performance and client retention.
