Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Skilled Nursing Facility Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation Location: 169 Davenport Avenue, New Haven CT Job Type: Part-Time | First and second shift Are you a compassionate and dedicated CNA looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others? We are currently hiring part time, every other weekend, CNAs for first shift (7am-3pm) and second shift (3pm-11pm). Position Summary: As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' health and well-being. You'll work alongside licensed nurses and an interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive exceptional care with dignity and respect. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility Measure and record vital signs and report any changes in resident condition Support residents with transfers and ambulation using proper techniques Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Document care provided in accordance with facility policies Qualifications: Active CNA Certification in the state of CT Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred) Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Why Join Us?
