While aboard Cleveland's most popular dinner cruise ship, visitors cruise the Cayuhoga River traveling under historic jackknife bridges, seeing lakefront-bound freighters up close and experiencing the downtown Cleveland skyline. All cruises include an unlimited buffet and musical entertainment. This position is Seasonal Part-Time to December 2026 Our employees are supported with a comprehensive benefits program that include the following: $200 Referral Bonus Paid Sick Leave available immediately and renews annually-prorated based on average hours worked Employee Assistance Program FREE of charge Matching 401K program after 90 days Ongoing learning and development programs Work towards your future advancement within the company-most of our supervisors and managers are promoted from within Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties: Clean, set, and clear tables Assist servers with beverage service Remove dirty dishes and utensils from tables between courses and after guests leave Returns dirty dishes, glassware and utensils to dishwashing area Assists and communicates with food servers to maintain service efficiency and overall high guest satisfaction Remove trash and dirty linens Restock glassware Return clean china, silverware, glassware to dining room Bring all ice onboard, stock ice at buffets and bars Setup buffets, including water in warmers, ice in salad buffet, all serving utensils, Stock & Replenish buffet throughout cruise, including bringing hot and cold food from the galley Communicate food needs with the galley Break down and clean buffet and bus stations at end of cruise Stock soda stations Skills, Education and Other Requirements: Friendly and outgoing, able to follow directions, able to lift up to 70 pounds Identification that establishes identity Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
