Your Opportunity Our Work and Rewards teams lead the charge in aligning compensation and talent management strategies with client goals. As part of our team, you will engage with industry-leading consultants and clients on a broad range of topics, gaining immediate exposure to client assignments that leverage your analytical abilities and creativity. The Role Your responsibilities will include collaborating with consultants to design innovative work and rewards programs, performing market pay benchmarking, analyzing compensation practices, modeling pay structures, and creating incentive plans that align with client business objectives. You'll also participate in client meetings and contribute to business development efforts.
