We are seeking an experienced Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to support a brand-new outpatient infusion suite located within a Rheumatology practice in Milwaukee, WI. This role is best suited for a nurse who brings strong clinical judgment, infusion expertise, and the confidence to practice autonomously in a specialty setting. No chemotherapy experience required; however vitamin-only infusion experience will not be considered. As patient demand continues to grow, there is potential for this role to expand beyond the initial three-day schedule. Schedule & Hours Part-time: 24–27 hours per week Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays required 8:30 AM start time On-site role in newly built infusion suites Role Overview: The Infusion RN will care for chronically ill rheumatology patients and will be responsible for independently managing patient flow, clinical care, and infusion operations within the suite. Independently plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate infusion care for patients with chronic conditions Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing clinical monitoring throughout therapy Prepare and administer infusion therapies under physician direction Educate patients and families on treatment plans, expectations, and follow-up care
