Be the Nurse Supervisor You've Always Aspired to Be Your journey will include: Assisting in the development and implementation of personalized care programs, policies, and procedures. Serving as an important liaison among administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervising nursing care and services provided during assigned shifts or within specific units. Monitoring and managing staff performance, including providing feedback, conducting annual evaluations, and addressing performance issues. Providing patient care as needed and establishing deep connections by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Celebrating patient victories throughout their journey. Qualifications Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year from your start date. CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred. Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years). Prior leadership experience in a charge nurse or similar role, involving interim reporting, issue resolution, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
