In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of our learning content, from initial storyboard to published courses, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy across our learning catalog. Utilizing our Learning Management System (Cornerstone), development software (Articulate 360), and custom content solutions (SharePoint/PowerApp), you will collaborate with others to provide outstanding learning experiences. The responsibilities of the Lead Learning Systems Specialist involve managing moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation. The key responsibilities include: Leading the organization and management of learning content within Cornerstone LMS, ensuring all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with our organizational standards. Conducting quality assurance audits of published courses and materials for consistency and compliance with established guidelines. Overseeing the learning catalog, managing updates, archiving, and ongoing content maintenance. Updating eLearning courses with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, ensuring the content remains engaging and relevant. Generating reports to identify outdated or unused learning materials, collaborating with stakeholders to address any gaps. Performing regular quality assurance reviews of new content prior to its launch. Ensuring all source files and storyboards are properly organized in our content library. Troubleshooting course-related issues and collaborating with technical and instructional design teams as necessary. The Lead Learning Systems Specialist will provide technical troubleshooting support related to learning programs, influence departmental strategies, and make decisions on complex technical approaches for project components, working autonomously and applying considerable discretion in determining objectives and assignment methods. Use your expertise to create a positive impact Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience managing learning content in a corporate LMS, preferably Cornerstone. Experience on a learning and development team in roles such as learning design, learning analysis, or similar. Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to quality. Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in auditing, catalog management, and reporting within a learning systems setting. Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities. Experience with MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Excel. Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on enhancing consumer experiences. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Instructional Technology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience in learning measurement. Familiarity with other learning technologies like Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia Studio, Adobe Premiere, or Adobe Illustrator. Experience in AI prompt engineering. Additional Information This is a remote position, but occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The estimated compensation range for this full-time position is between $71,100 and $97,800 per year, with individual pay varying based on skills, experience, education, and location. This job also qualifies for a bonus incentive plan, contingent upon company and individual performance.
