Your Role as a Hemodialysis Nurse In this position, you will: Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis treatments. Supervise care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Develop rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery. Educate nursing staff on the care of hemodialysis patients, equipment, and standards of care. Qualifications Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification. ACLS certification within 1 year of hire. CRRN certification preferred (we can assist you in obtaining this if you do not currently have it). A minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience. Preferred: 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting. We are excited to meet you!
