Your Role as a Hemodialysis Nurse In this position, you will: Provide direct care to inpatient clients requiring hemodialysis. Supervise treatments, conduct patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and address any patient concerns. Build rewarding relationships with patients by attending to their physical, mental, and emotional needs during their recovery. Educate nursing staff on best practices for hemodialysis care, equipment usage, and established standards. Qualifications Needed Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification. ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of hire. CRRN certification is preferred (we can assist you in obtaining it if you do not have it). Minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience required. Preferred: 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting. We look forward to welcoming you to our team!
