In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the well-being of our residents through medication management and daily assistance. Your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with their medication needs. Transcribing and documenting records accurately in the Medication Assistance Record. Supporting residents with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, first aid, wound care, and liaising with outside healthcare professionals as needed. Observing and reporting any changes in residents' physical or mental states to leadership. Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining areas. Responding promptly and appropriately to emergency calls, resident and visitor requests, and environmental hazards. Qualifications: To excel in this position, we believe the following qualifications are essential: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Must meet all state educational requirements for the position. CPR certification is preferred. Previous experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
