Join our dynamic front-of-house team as a Custodial Team Member, where you will play an essential role in creating a clean and inviting atmosphere for our valued guests. We are looking for reliable individuals who arrive on time, in uniform, and maintain exceptional personal hygiene standards throughout their shifts. You will receive your specific cleaning station assignments at the beginning of each shift and will be responsible for completing opening and closing tasks as directed by the Manager on Duty. A good grasp of our policies and procedures, detailed in the RCSH Employee Training Packet, will be critical to your success. Duties and Responsibilities: Regularly maintain, clean, and sanitize guest bathrooms after each use to ensure guest comfort. Thoroughly sanitize all surfaces in the restaurant that may come into contact with guests or staff, including handrails, doors, computer terminals, work areas, restrooms, and chairs. Be flexible and available for night, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
