Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Successful completion of a certified nursing assistant program. Fingerprint clearance and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray. Minimum one (1) year of documented experience is required. Responsibilities: Provide compassionate hygiene care for patients, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, feeding, and linen changes. Assist patients with mobility, including walking and outdoor activities. Take and record vital signs, height, and weight when necessary. Support patients with active and passive range of motion exercises as outlined in their care plan, document observed changes, and report any concerns to the Resident Care Coordinator. Ensure a safe environment for quality patient care by following established policies, procedures, and standards. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $15.75/hour
