Paid training certification costs covered Job Satisfaction: Build meaningful relationships with residents and families Work Schedule : Evening Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Every other weekend & holiday, 72 hours per two weeks A Brief Overview As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will provide direct personal care and services to residents, ensuring that their physical, social, and spiritual needs are met to maintain their highest level of independent functioning. What You Will Do: Assist residents with their daily activities. Perform routine and non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff, including personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting. Carry out basic health monitoring including blood pressure and temperature checks, documenting necessary information accurately. Support nursing staff by assisting with medical care activities as per established policies and procedures. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Provide emotional support and education to families. Adhere to all resident rights and report any concerns regarding safety or abuse. Follow established safety protocols and procedures for emergencies. Essential Qualifications: Ability to work specified hours, communicate effectively, and perform all essential job functions satisfactorily.
