JOB REQUIREMENTS MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical or osteopathic school; foreign graduates may apply with ECFMG certification. Current medical license in the U.S., District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico. Eligibility for board certification. Completion of at least one year of accredited graduate medical education internship. Ages 21 to 42, with waivers available on a case-by-case basis up to 68. Must be a U.S. citizen (non-waivable).
