Your Growth Path Advance to Front Desk Supervisor or Sales Coordinator, and then to Front Office Manager or Sales Manager. Your Key Responsibilities Welcome guests promptly and attend to their needs with friendliness and professionalism. Register guests and assign them to their hotel rooms efficiently. Establish and verify payment methods for reservations. Manage the reservation process, including confirmations. Handle billing, process payments, and provide accurate change. Communicate messages through phone systems or the PMS system. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests. Address and resolve any guest complaints, escalating to a supervisor as needed. Safeguard guests' valuables in the hotel safe or safe-deposit boxes. Conduct bookkeeping tasks such as account balancing and audits. Monitor guest satisfaction scores and strive to enhance overall experience. Adhere to safe work practices, utilizing protective equipment and following safety protocols. Assist in the breakfast area and support guests with luggage during busy times. Ensure all guest experiences are positive and fulfilling. Perform additional duties as directed by management. Your Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in customer service or relevant training is required. Familiarity with PMS systems is preferred.
