Position Overview: This part-time position presents an opportunity to earn tips while delivering exceptional service. As a Beverage Service Specialist, you will anticipate guest needs, exceed service expectations, and help create a fun atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests and take orders in accordance with Andretti’s guidelines, ensuring their expectations are exceeded. Expertly prepare standard and specialty beverage offerings. Deliver food and drinks in a professional manner upholding our service standards. Accurately process payment transactions using the Point-of-Sale system. Maintain an organized workspace, proactively cleaning and resetting tables. Manage inventory and ensure presentation of liquor and bar supplies is visually appealing. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations. Check IDs for guests consuming alcohol, ensuring compliance with state laws. Monitor guest activities to assure safety and adherence to guidelines. Assist in resolving guest issues and escalate to management when necessary. Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned. Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferable. Skills & Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. A friendly, sociable demeanor is essential for creating a positive guest experience. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
