Empower injured workers towards recovery and independence through advocacy, communication, education, and service facilitation. Identify appropriate providers and resources, ensuring timely and cost-effective service across the continuum while maximizing value for our clients. EDUCATION AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Preferred: RN licensure; Required: Bachelor's degree in health or human services field with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC.
