We are currently seeking candidates for Resident Care Aide and STNA positions. This role is often known as a State Tested Nursing Assistant, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing Aide, Nurse’s Aide, or Care Provider. What do Resident Care Aides and STNAs do at Danbury? Engage with residents while assisting them with daily living activities. Support residents with personal care routines including showers, bathing, and hygiene. Help residents prepare for and accompany them to meals, activities, social programs, and appointments. Assist with various daily needs as directed. What experience or skills do you need to succeed as a Resident Care Aide or STNA? Current STNA certification is required for STNA roles. No certification is needed for Resident Care Aide positions. Experience in a similar role within a Senior Living environment is beneficial, but not necessary. A positive attitude, cheerful demeanor, and a passion for caring for seniors are essential.
