Job Description
Ambition is high. Complexity is real. Delivery matters.
As Senior Product Manager, you will shape and lead the digital transformation of our global Model Production ecosystem — aligning stakeholders, building trust in delivery, and creating scalable solutions that support both immediate business commitments and long-term strategic growth. This is an opportunity to move from fragmented tools and legacy processes to a clear vision, structured roadmap, and confident execution.
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
Visa sponsorship (without relocation support) is offered for this role.
The closing date for all applications will be Thursday 5th March.

Translate Strategy into a Clear Roadmap - Convert product strategy into a structured, outcome-driven roadmap that supports both short-term 2026 commitments (e.g., tax compliance tool, Workfront rollout) and long-term scalable digital transformation across the end-to-end supply chain.
Own End-to-End Product Lifecycle Delivery - Lead the full product lifecycle across upstream (LEGO® model planning & production and downstream distribution processes, ensuring delivery of measurable business value and operational efficiency.
Build Stakeholder Trust & Strategic Alignment - Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders, inspire change management, and build confidence in the team’s ability to deliver on commitments.
Lead Product Discovery & Customer Focused Design - Drive continuous discovery with design, research, engineers, and business collaborators to validate ideas, test assumptions, and embed usability insights into product requirements.
Own Product Execution & Delivery Excellence - Manage and prioritise the product backlog, provide clarity in sprint planning and user stories, identify and mitigate risks early, and promote continuous delivery with incremental value release.
Define, Measure & Report Product Outcomes - Set and review quarterly objectives and key results aligned with portfolio strategy, ensuring visibility, performance tracking, and a clear link between product initiatives and business impact.
Do you have what it takes
Strategic Product Management - Proven experience defining and evolving product vision and strategy in complex, enterprise environments. Ability to connect product direction to ambitious business growth targets and translate strategy into clear, actionable plans.
End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management - Strong experience owning products across discovery, delivery, rollout, and optimisation, ideally within large-scale, operational or supply chain ecosystems. Experience operating across upstream and downstream processes.
Stakeholder Management & Executive Influence - Demonstrated gravitas and senior presence to engage VPs and cross-functional leaders. Skilled at building trust, driving alignment, and managing competing priorities in a “business within a business” environment.
Road mapping & Outcome-Driven Delivery (OKRs) - Experience defining product roadmaps tied to measurable business outcomes. Strong capability in setting, tracking, and communicating OKRs to ensure transparency and delivery against strategic objectives.
Digital Transformation & Change Management - Experience modernising ways of working in immature or evolving environments. Able to introduce structured product practices, continuous delivery culture, and scalable governance without slowing momentum.
Discovery-Led & User-Centric Product Development - Hands-on experience leading continuous discovery with designers and engineers. Strong understanding of experimentation, usability research, hypothesis testing, and translating insights into prioritised backlog items.
