Key Duties: Observe and report any health concerns or changes in residents' conditions to the supervising nurse. Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities, including bed baths and shaving. Prepare meal trays and diligently document food and fluid intake. Provide feeding assistance and serve nutritional supplements as needed. Ensure that residents’ living spaces are clean, organized, and safe. Transport residents safely within the facility. Reposition bedridden residents to prevent bedsores. Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility information. Requirements: Ability to work collaboratively as a team member. Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program. Current certification from New York State. Maintain good standing with the State Registry.
